DeFrae travel to Salone Del Mobile 2014 - Milan Design week 2014 Hall 10

Salone Del Mobile, for any that hasn't visited is a vast array of warehouse style block's of exhibition centre 142,000 sq metres of design.

The one thing that strikes you when entering is just how huge and diverse the fair is and we wouldn't recommend starting venturing around without carefully planning who you want see and where they are located.

We stated off by sitting down with our guide and a cup of sumptuous Italian coffee and some snacks.  We met a couple who had travelled from California and had no idea what they were looking for and asked our advice - we wished them good luck (they were going to need it). 

A day began in Hall 10 and our first visit was the stunning Pedrali stand.  Similar to last year the stand was made up some stunning craftsmanship and design.  Not many new products to be seen and finding an available rep was even harder.  This was our first glimpse of this years design theme, pastel shades with baby blue, pink, yellow's, greens and orange being on show throughout.

Stunning red look at Pappa Ciccia, Fulham

Working with Pappa Ciccia Italian restaurant in Fulham, London, DeFrae have provided the Crescent stackable, durable side chairs in stunning red. Completing a stunning outside seating area Werzalit outside tabletops and Ace flip top bases.
