Nancy goes to the Emerald Isles

DeFrae Contract Furniture working in partnership with Winroy are delighted to have supplied the gorgeous Nancy armchairs to a prestigious Client in Dublin, Ireland.


The Nancy Armchairs were upholstered in striking floral fabrics with an oak stained finish to the frames which worked in unison with their existing furniture.

The chairs are being used for various recreational areas within the Clients offices creating a stunning, contemporary and luxurious feel adding to the sumptuous surroundings.

The Nancy chairs were utilised throughout the offices open spaces and offered a comfortable setting for meetings within the office breakout areas.

The Nancy Armchair is part of a family of seats which ooze style as well as comfort and can be upholstered in any material of your choice perfect for today's coffee shops, restaurants, bars and offices.  

A matching Nancy lounge chair is also available.

The Gate Restaurant, Islington is now open

DeFrae Contract Furniture are proud to have recently worked with the highly acclaimed and most successful vegetarian restaurant in London, The Gate.

To complement their existing chairs DeFrae provided bespoke tabletops in solid ash stained to a contemporary wenge finish.  Tabletops to seat both 2 and 4 people were supplied.

For the bar area DeFrae have provided the Relish Bar Stool.  The Relish Bar Stool offers the ever popular industrial steel look. Available in an uber stylish clear lacquered finish, the Relish will make an impact on any interior or exterior space. This bar stool is held in stock for immediate delivery and is also available with matching side chair and armchair. Ideal for restaurants, hotels and coffee shops.

The Gate opened in Islington on the 1st of June 2012 and DeFrae send everyone at The Gate our best wishes.

The Gate's Hammersmith vegetarian restaurant has a vast offering of what they call Indo-Iraqi Jewish cuisine; a mixture of different flavours that are brought together by the multicultural owners, brothers Adrian and Michael Daniel. It’s been running since 1989 when the brothers just wanted to serve good food in a relaxed atmosphere, and has since become London’s most popular vegetarian restaurant.  
The Gate is launching in Islington on the 1st of June. The restaurant offers casual dining Monday to Sunday, a weekend brunch and an all day mezze bar menu.
